Abstract

Length of the clinical crown increases in extreme cases of gingival recession. Making an alginate impression in such a case either with stock tray or with acrylic custom made tray is not very difficult but removal of the cast poses the problem. Most of the teeth will break and technicians usually reassemble them with cyano acrylate glue.
